The Wings dropped a particularly hurtful one on Thursday night. One, they no longer control their own destiny… they’re at the mercy of other teams to contend for home ice and that rarely works out. Two, I have some good friends that are Devils fans and they made sure to remind me that the Devils hadn’t won in Detroit since 1996.
