Didn’t both the Red and White team fly from Detroit to Grand Rapids? Not sure how many seats are on their plane, but perhaps taking up two teams worth of players, plus coaches, staff, etc. they ran out of room on the plane? Just a thought.

The Brendan Smith tweet didn’t bother me as it sounded like they were just hanging out. I’d rather they be playing NHL 12 and going out to dinner than getting in trouble.

As for Commodore, it wasn’t really offensive, just some of it was a little distasteful, although you could say those are the same thing. But really, the worst one was him taking a picture of the chocolate store and basically saying he’d never take a woman there because he doesn’t want her to be fat. But in my opinion, his tweets just make him sound like a shallow douche bag anyway 🙂
