Jimmy was absolutely brilliant! I am extremely excited about the future of this team watching the likes of Mursak and Tatar (Kids? yes! Potential? unlimited!). Giving up a point to Vancouver stung a bit, but hey, a win is a win, especially with the amount of injuries! Looking forward to Monday night’s road trip sweep! P.S. – I don’t understand what the picture of a big blue umbrella means! =)

They came into Vancouver in the middle of a road stretch with a depleted lineup to play one of the toughest teams in the league. Jimmy was stellar, Helm was flying and the defense seemed tighter. The whole team stepped up who would have thought Hudler would score the game winner on a slap shot in a shoot out. Great game.

Woo hoo! Lead story on On The Fly, Sidney the Kidney discussing his tribulations. Awesome!

I confess, I was expecting a beat down. I am so glad I was wrong. Let’s hope this marks a return to some consistent and solid D and goaltending because I am a little sick of the come from behinders and the 4 goals against!
