Bertuzzi seems to have developed into a very good "net-front" man, and with Filppula to feed Franzen's next 6-point game, and Bertuzzi crashing the net, that second line hopefully will work very well.

He was god awful last year, which forced Howard to be the stud he was, and 2 years ago, as a starter, he was at the bottom of the list for all relevant goalie stats. Stack on top of that the fact that goalie equipment is getting trimmed this year, and I smell a shitstorm brewing in the crease, especially if Howie has a sophmore melt down.

But for those who left Happy off both pp units, I don't see any chance of that happening. He's the Datsyuk of the second unit, a guy who can work the half-wall, control the puck, make slick passes and also surprise with a quick, lethal shot. I don't see Bert or Cleary getting much pp time unless there's an injury.

I like Drew's lines. I am Prodano2ndunitpoint.

We all know that Babcock will tinker with them like an evil scientist. What are your thoughts regarding how long he'll wait before making changes?

As a note, I'd like to just once see a 2nd pp unit of Franzen-Filppula-Hudler-Modano-Cleary, just to see how many short-handed goals we can give up.
