I think the organization recognizes that and will find some way to address it. Lilja is probably aware that he's on his way out as a Wing, but I think both sides would prefer if that was a year from now and will find a way to work it out.

It's hard to argue with your numbers, but I'd say that Lilja is likely to eat that remaining million(+) and has a ~60% chance of returning. At least one can hope.
