She just happens to be, if memory serves me correctly, Guy Carbonneau's daughter, which makes her the only woman in Dallas who can explain icing. Well done, Brendan.

Second, for my Star to Covet, I'll take Darcy Wakaluk, if for no other reason that he's got the best name I've seen for any backup goaltender I've yet seen. Also, I'm pretty sure there's some picture floating around the interwebs showing him closing his eyes as a shot is coming in. Goalies that can use the force like that…who don't even NEED to open their eyes…that's covet-worthy.
